Does anyone else sometimes struggle with unreasonable anger while switching? Not sure if it’s a DID thing or not but sometimes I’m fighting the urge to scream for absolutely no reason. I’m not mad or irritated at anyone I just have this intense rage that can last hours after a switch. I don’t know what to do about it and not really sure how to explain it to my boyfriend when I get like this
I have kind of the same thing, but for me it’s related to specific alters having that anger feeling. Even after they switch out I can still feel that adrenaline and stuff leftover in my body. Maybe it’s something like that?
