im sure im not the first person to feel extremely stuck when it comes to wanting to be healthier and change my food habits, but am absolutely terrified of food poisoning. lettuce, fish, fruit, vegetables, rice all have a higher chance of food borne illnesses. i feel terrified when i don't eat something that's part of my "norm" and i don't know what to do. does anyone have any tips or ideas to bettering your food habits when you have an avoidant ED?
