Blood in Stool and Constipation: Need Advice

Any one experience lots of blood in their stool? It happened yesterday when I went #2 yesterday afternoon but not when I went in the middle of the night last night. And I’m pretty sure it was from inside of me because it was a moderate amount. It worried me. I’ve been experiencing constipation for two months now and I’ve never had that before. I’m gettin another colonoscopy in a month I’m supposed to get two colonoscopies a year because I have a very large amount of polyps and I haven’t gotten one in a few years from paranoia about sedation. I also need any and all advice about immediate constipation relief but with household things I cannot get into town to buy anything :(
