I’ve been the same way. The only way i can get through it is by breaking up my sleeps. I’ll usually nap when i come home from work (sleep from 4-9pm) then wake up, eat dinner, do any work i need for the next day, then sleep again (12ish-6). Im still getting the 11-12 hours i need but breaking it up so i can still somewhat function and keep my job. Being a teacher with fibro sucks

      Get tested for sleep apnea.

I sleep 10-12 hours too. I feel like my body needs it, so I let myself sleep

@Aes yeah i've been letting my body get the sleep it needs but i also have trouble getting to sleep at night so i've been falling asleep around 3-5 am and waking up around 3:30-4 pm but school starts up again next week and i need to be able to get up in the morning
