Does anyone know any coping mechanisms to help with the emotional turmoil iv been dealing with this for now 3 years and I haven’t even stopped to think about it because I’m afraid i won’t be able to move on from it if I admit that it’s a problem and not just apart of my personality

      I’ve found just yelling (in my mind) the word STOP!!! You’re not going there! really helps. Then think of something else or do something. I used to constantly think about all the things that cause me pain and my left never got better. Doing this creates mental toughness. I was an emotional cripple until I started doing this. Do it 50 times a day if you have to. It will get less and less and will just become a habit after a while. All the best!
