I wanted to share this because I know some of you will understand and hopefully find it funny- I’ve been on a SUPER strict diet for my IBS that effectively eliminated my symptoms to a very manageable level for the last year, and I’ve gotten so used to the diet that I almost…forgot? But visiting my parents for an out of state procedure this week messed that up, and I may or may not have JUST been reminded that I do indeed have IBS, and bed is going to be my home for the next few days 😂
