Im having an appointment with a psychiatrist! I’m looking into a few disorders, but I sometimes think maybe I’m overthinking my depression and such, and shouldn’t be making a huge deal, does anyone doubt theirselves as well.
I struggle with the tug and repel of doubt and certainty. It becomes frustrating when the doctor (who is supposed to be an ally) doesn’t listen and puts you back in a place of doubt.
