I’m really struggling to do my homework lately. I can’t even get myself to start it or take my books out. But I actually love what I’m studying and love learning more about it, so the reading really interests me but for some reason I can’t bring myself to do it. Even when I do get myself to start it, it takes me FOREVER to read anything. Does anyone have any tips? PS: I also recently stopped taking stimulants after being on them for the past couple of years. I think I’d rather learn to adapt to adhd than deal w the side effects of the medication

There are a few things that I’ve tried, one is live streaming my studying on Instagram and teaching the camera while I learn. It works best for math in my experience. You could also try getting a friend in class who also needs to learn the thing and try video chatting with them. Kinda body double each other. If you can’t find a friend I made a discord server for that exact thing that you are welcome to join Lemme find the link rq
