I have! Now I'm not going to say these are as strong/intense as western medicine, but they don't have the side effects and that makes them worth it for me. I've been taking these since last October, and I really didn't know if they would work because I've tried other nootropic companies and been underwhelmed. What I'm taking now is called Dopamine Brain Food by Natural Stacks. I think collectively they give me more focus and more endurance to get more done. I actually first got them to deal with my bipolar, but I was just listening to a study that said underproduction of dopamine is one of the primary factors of ADHD and I realized they were clearly supporting with that as well. If anyone tries them please message me to let me know your results! I know my personal experience has been fantastic, but I'd like feedback from others.

I haven't had any success. I've tried a few things, one that I remember is NeuroGum. Did nothing. None of them affected me in any noticeable way.

*note: as long as they don’t harm your body or your wallet. Some of these remedies are super expensive and don’t even do anything-

I’ve never tried nuutropics specifically but my parents are obsessed with giving me natural alternatives to everything, so far my ADHD symptoms have had no change. Most of them are due to how your brain processes the world so I wouldn’t think they’d help too much to begin with. So far what’s helped me the most both on and off meds are looking for ADHD tools and strategies online! I’d mainly look there if you want alternative solutions to meds though if the natural supplements don’t hurt your body I don’t see the harm in trying new ones.
