Feeling discouraged today. 2 months in to a modified treatment plan for my GAD anxiety and Panic disorder and not seeing much improvement? I’ve dealt with this for 10 years, but in past have had long spouts of tremendous improvement. This time around it came back and despite doubling my Prozac dose AND adding and additional anti anxiety medication I am still in the thick of it. No consistent improvement. Has anyone else gone through and come out the other side good? Just need encouragement.

I'm sorry you feel this way. I am sort of there today too...Dealing with cervical dizziness, panic attacks/anxiety, and extreme fatigue. I was fine on a very low dose of Zoloft for awhile, but now I am told to keep going up with it. Don't want to. Want to get off of it. I have been practicing tai chi/qi gong and studying taoism and buddhism. It has helped and I believe with consistency, I will get back to my old self. I have faith that you can do it too. Stay strong and eventually we will break through together 🙏 ❤️
