Hi everyoneđ anyone have advice for adjusting back to a home environment after being in residential and PHP out of state? i have really heightened anxiety and am easily triggered into panic attacks. my family has been great and very supportive but donât understand my anxiety, panic, and depression like those in a treatment environment do. it seems they they are thinking that they picked up a totally different person than they dropped of at residential. i am super happy to be home though â I just feel like i am living in two different realities.
