is it possible my ptsd comes from being whooped alot as a child? ik many people grow up getting the belt or something as disciplined…but like i would get it bc i couldn’t control my emotions so i would break down my mom would call me crazy bc of it. so since i caused a like disruption i would get whooped. my family just labeled me as “bad” but some things i couldn’t help… idk though-

      Yes! I was abused as a child and that is why I have PTSD.

      Hurting a child is never ok, theres no justification for it, its not discipline its abuse, ppl don’t wana acknowledge that tho cuz they’d hav to come to terms w the fact that they were abused or that they r an abuser or both

      You can have ptsd in a slightest situation. So it is possible.
