I’m really good at planning for things but horrible at the follow-through. This is super important considering I’m a college student. Any suggestions or tips?

I just graduated college myself. My workaround was to only commit to 15 minutes of work rather than allotting hours at a time to things. I’d sit down and only guarantee 15 minutes of work- after that, if i was feeling overwhelmed i took a step back (no harm no foul, you only committed to 15 minutes). But if I got into the zone so to say, i kept going and treated it as bonus time where my brain functioned. It took a while to adjust to this kind of mindset, but it helped me a ton, personally
I'll set a reminder for myself and force myself to get up and do it. I also keep in mind the fact that a habit can be formed in 21 days. So even if I have to fight a bit in the beginning, I know that it'll get easier as time goes on.
