So I got my diagnosis the other day and finally got my hands on some salt tablets. Is it just me or are these things better than caffeine? There’s a type of tired I get that I feel in my chest and I usually go for an electrolyte drink to perk me up because caffeine only makes me sleepier when I’m like this. Started taking a salt tablet when I get like this and now I seem to have energy for the first time in years. Anyone else?

Treating POTS (using salt in your case) will help energy. Caffeine is a dehydrator and can make pots symptoms worse, depleting energy.
