Why do I always care more?

I do this all the time. I always imagine that it’s just a voice in your head and you should really try to ignore it because 9/10 you end up being wrong.

Yeah, happens to me too. Honestly I feel like a lot of it stems from self esteem issues. You have to learn to love yourself first. All of that love you give to other people is deeply rooted in your relationship with yourself. You don’t know what to do with it so you project. Take a step back from dating. yes, and that also happens with people I crush on. I usually have doubts with my family members and friends about this

I do relate to this and I feel like many others do as well but when I feel like this I usually try and distract myself and see myself like all the things I’ve done to them and once I see how good I’ve been to them and they haven’t been too good to me I just think to myself that “I deserve better yes I love them but they don’t love me I’m more than enough and if they don’t want me like that then it’s their fault” I hope this made sense or at least helped in a way <3
