Diagnosis Timeline: Bipolar, BPD, Autism/ADHD

Not officially diagnosed with anything on paper, but yeah, had my doctor try to tell me I was bipolar. Had therapists tell me I "need to learn to trust them" because I would answer "I don't know" and they just assumed I was avoiding the question instead of recognizing the alexithymia that I was LITERALLY DESCRIBING.

I feel like it has its pros I think it can make you more aware and humble. I have systems in place for negative and positives feelings and moods. It can be a lot but I wouldn't want to be any less lol
