In the past, having a “bad” week usually consisted of being completely overwhelmed, adrenaline on 100, constant panic attacks and painful out of body moments. Now, and maybe it’s from my long term medications, my nervous system has decided to completely flip. I’ve been having a tough few weeks but in a new way. I find it so hard to get out of bed, my body is in a constant lethargic state, I have no motivation to do anything or take care of myself, yet Im not anxious or sad at all. It’s simply just too hard to go through my days. I’m new to this feeling and I have no idea how to approach it. I’ve been depressed in the past, but this feels much different, almost entirely physical. I even tried an SNRI and it only made things worse. any ideas that might help me get back to a better state?
