CPTSD girlies !! anyone have any solid coping mechanisms to deal with constantly being re-traumatized by your own body over & over? talk therapy has not helped me really at all. i’ve considered EMDR but have also heard that some people have really negative reactions to it with trauma. lmk your thoughts
