Anyone with PCOS struggle with gaining weight or bad bloating. Recently I’ve gone from 120 to 145. I’ve been having irregular periods for years, recently it’s finally been more on the regular as in same time every month. Suddenly I’m gaining weight and bloating. Don’t know if this is a good thing…

      @Wannabepregnant it seems like Prenatal may cause bloating. I always bloat after intercourse due to my uterus being retroverted. I’m unsure if that pertains to you although if it does I would say that is (one of) the culprits

      Get your thyroid levels looked at and perhaps have the doctor run an A1C test, just to be safe. I began to balloon up for no good reason and it turns out a lot of people with PCOS develop either diabetes or hypothyroidism, I have the latter.

        @Acz I’ve only been taking a daily Prenatal as I’m trying to conceive. Could that do the bloating??
