i have this problem going on, where i want help. but i’m scared to tell a doctor/therapist how im really feeling because i’m convinced the government is trying to kill me, or take me away, possibly even make my conditions worse. most would say, get the help, you’re being delusional. but my brain is more than paranoid, i’m living in a conspiracy.
