hey everyone :) i’ve been taking vitamin d and turmeric capsules every day for fibro (along with my other medications). I was wondering if any of you lovely folks have found luck in or have been recommended any vitamins/supplements that i could add to my ever growing list, lol! thanks in advance 💖

It has made the difference between being able to breathe and do something else after a shower than to just lay there crying because Im so exhausted!

A multivitamin with everything especially d and iron as helped me so much!! For a while I was taking the brand smarty pants which has some freeze dried fruit and vegetable powder in it and I think that was good too, but it was really expensive

I've been taking a multi vitamin with basically everything and it's been really helpful in preventing fatigue!

I started taking many Vitamins and Supplements about 6 weeks ago. Theyve done a little bit of good. Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Iron.

I've been taking a fermented multivitamin that has everything that unlucky unicorn said and Ive noticed my energy is better with it. It's not a complete 180, but I definitely notice when I run out or forget to take it for a few days.

Magnesium is good! I personally take magnesium, fish oil, vitamin D, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), and a probiotic.
