Does anyone get complete lethargic or massive fatigue, in relation to thyroid issues? (Like I mean you can’t get out of bed for 6 to 7 days because it’s so bad)

I take modafinil for hypersomnolence. It helps so that I can function better during the day and not fall asleep while driving. It doesn’t have any side effects for me, just makes me feel more awake

Y’all! Please please try and cut gluten and dairy from your diets or at least try it for a few weeks!! I’m telling you, you will likely feel A HUGE difference.

Definitely talk to your doc, a stint like that was actually what got me tested and diagnosed

This is a sign of of your levels being dangerously off. You need to get to a doctor immediately.

I felt this way in the past but I think its related to other conditions that I have like my chronic fatigue syndrome, have you told your doctor about it? Its important you will inform him.

I can get really tired when my thyroid hormones are out of balance but I always get out of bed at some point..

I miss that! that was my life, until my 3 kids became young adults and now I don’t have hardly any thing to do for days. Which kinda sucks but then again I think it’s a blessing too. ❤️

Unfortunately for me, I can't just not get out of bed. I have 3 kids and my at home job. I guess it makes me get up even when I don't want to. The fatigue is crushing though.
