Hi friends :) I’m currently on tpn and struggling with so many things. I was sent by ambulance a few days ago w a hr of 220, bp of 85/57, had been vomiting blood, right belly pain under the rib, and a blood level of 6.5. After a few days, the doctor came in to tell me it was all related to my MCAS.. but he didn’t even know how to pronounce it. Made me feel like he was just using my already diagnosis to diagnose. I’m also TPN dependent. I was wondering if y’all had experience with this and these symptoms all together before. I’ve been dealing with MCAS for 4 years, 2 years diagnosed, and never had all these symptoms together
