Dealing with Vocal Cord Paralysis

I have this in one of my cords, it can be frustrating at times when you are trying to talk and people always ask you to trust yourself

YES!! Mine was caused by a doctor who nicked my vocal cord. I only had a monotone voice for a year and couldn't speak above a whisper. Sound familiar? It took me a year to get my voice back but it's not completely back to normal.

Yes I have and it's very frusting when people don't understand what you are saying and keep asking what you are saying are can't hear you and hang up the phone.
