Struggling with Life: My Mental Health is Declining

People with bpd tend to feel emotions more intensely so when we do get down or we feel as if our mental health is not stable, we go into panick mode with any negative emotion. Please try and clear your mind before resulting to this!!! You are loved I promise!!!
