Does anyone have any suggestions other than pain meds and injections for OA?

The newest addition in my arsenal is a balm made of coconut oil, frankincense & myrrh. I get it on amozon from 3 wise men. The frankincense & myrrh provide pain relief and reduce inflammation. It's been so helpful on my hands, feet and neck ♥

THC slave helps my local pain spots. I had a pinkie knuckle replaced recently due to bad pain and it helped a lot. No more pain.

I was on some long term low mg antibiotics that added to my OA. Stopping the medicine helped, but not entirely.

Swimming and light exercise like a stationary bike or use a foam roller and do exercises made for it. Diet is critical too.

I don’t take any medications, I control my RA through diet
