Hi! This is for all my spondies out there. I have u differentiated spondyloarthritis which basically means it’s in multiple joints including spine hips, peripheral. I’m just wondering if anyone here has any experience with a back brace or SI belt to help with back pain relief. I’m a nurse and on the go 12hours a shift so wondering if something like this would help??

Hey there, SI belt and physical therapy is my therapy for now. Unlike you, I’m a computer engineer so I sit for most of the day, but I guess that even if you’re standing for the most of your shift, the belt can reduce some of your back pain. Maybe you can check it out on one of your shifts
