      I found ashwagandha helped at least some with fatigue and general malaise. Can tell if I forgot to take it.

      Hmmm. I have CRPS pain 24/7 so I don't know.I would notice the hair loss & thinness,, haven't noticed that.

      I am still dealing with the hair loss and fatigue 2 years later. My derm actually noticed that I had scalp inflammation which could be causing the hair loss. I am on an anti inflammatory diet currently but I am so stressed having to manage life plus Long Covid that I don’t think I’m making the progress that I had hoped.

      I had used a B complex vitamin for a while and that seemed to help.

      Vitamins helped. The hair loss was so hard. I was pulling out chunks. I wanted to cry every shower. I was about ready to buzz my head and wear wigs. I even bought I few. I used LuvMe hair growth oil from Amazon on my scalp and a basic biotin oil from Walmart on my mid and ends. It seemed to help. Would at least make my hair look a bit fuller. And while it took awhile to stop the shed (like 6 months) I see the growth. It looks funny sticking up but I'm so happy to have it. I also took both biotin and collagen supplements. Vitamin D. Tumeric for other reasons. And a multivitamin. Even nearly a year later randomly I find myself just exhausted. Cold air still hurts my lungs. But slowly I know each day I'm hopefully closer to 100%. At least I hope...
