Struggling to find BPD support

It’s an experience for sure. I’ve definitely had it for years but was only diagnosed in 2021. Finding out was a great thing because it explained so much. Not many people who don’t have it will talk about it though. People hear “personality disorder” and completely panic. Understandable, I guess, but those of us with it just wanna be loved too.

I'm here for you. I was diagnosed two years ago. It's tough not only having BPD, but how people react to it. You got this.

I totally get you dude, living with this is rll hard and stress full. I like to journal everything I feel unfiltered, then filter it and make sure it sounds like you are not in danger or anything bad, then I give it to my therapist, hopefully if you ever try this it helps you get some relief off your chest. <3
