Weight loss and PCOS. I can’t seem to lose weight no matter what I do. My doc had put me on a three month course of Phentermine and it did absolutely nothing. My A1C levels are okay- no diabetes yet. Has anyone had success without medications?

I reached almost 400lbs and made the personal decision to get a bariatric surgery called the duodenal switch. It's been amazing for me, but definitely not easy or possible for every person. It was the only thing that got me to lose weight, but I don't think it's impossible to find other ways. I'm rooting for you! :)
