Aggressively and religiously practiced self care like setting boundaries, taking meds, meditating, except owing, eating well, good sleep, time with in stressful friends, etc

Sure my Dr & I felt that I was stable enough to slowly go off medication without any setbacks but I'm open to going back on it again if I need the stability

can i ask why you stopped taking it ?

Lamotrigine I currently don't take it anymore by choice but when I was it did help & didn't have any side effects
