      For me, yes. I still get an occasional break through but in general my 30 or more cluster headaches are gone and my weekly visits to ER for a migraine have not happened in years. I also have been lucky no side affects other than a few hours after I do my injection I feel kinda icky. But don't get that feeling if I keep physical for a couple hours so do injection before going to do my volunteering. Again, this is just me.

      I personally started out on Topamax & it was terrible. It barely worked, constant blood tests & terrible side effects whilst on it and whilst coming off of it. I switched to emgality after Topamax & I had absolutely no side effects & it helped my migraines a lot. I was having headaches almost daily & it lowered it to like 1 a week. My neurologist decided to try a new medicine so i’m currently taking ajovy & it’s working amazing so far. I have no side effects and my migraines are far in between.
