      If you get seizures more often or the symptoms change, like you fall and that's new or the seizures evolve into another type that would be them getting worse.

      If you’re prescribed medication for seizures but your seizures are getting worse it’s a sign that it’s worsening or you might have drug resistant epilepsy

      if you’re on meds for epilepsy i would say whenever your meds are becoming less effective. mine kept worsening and i had to try different meds than the one i was on

        @signature_sauce That's how mine were at first until I got the correct medication. So it depends on the medication too. Because mine kept happening more and becoming more dangerous as I kept getting prescribed different meds up until I got the right medication. Once I got my CBD, Vimpat, and topomax. I haven't had a seizure for a month now. (Marijuana has been my best medication though. I didn't have seizures for 3 months when I smoked MJ until I stopped.)
