I need so more who will listen to me and tell me that my feelings are valid and all that good stuff. I have people who tell me there’s no reason to cry and degrading me for feeling the ways I do I can’t change the emotions I feel..but my mom makes me feel like I’m supposed to. My mom needs help even though she’s already getting it I think she needs different help..or help that will help me too. Idk what I’m even saying anymore tbh I’m physically sick to the bone 🦴

      Your feelings are valid. Even if there was no reason to cry, it still would not matter, because sometimes we just need to cry. There doesn't need to be reason. Not even a good reason. And if there is, you don't have to be always doing everything to try and fix it. You're completely valid in feeling the way you feel and I hope you find people in your life that will tell you the same thing.
