      Compression socks and strength training especially in the core and legs. And I totally agree w everyone else, LOTS of fluid and salt!

      Physical therapy!! It changed my life. It’s a lot of core and lower leg workouts. You could honestly do it at home with no equipment if you can’t find a PT

      Compression socks , salt , and a hecka lot of water. I have a bad habit of not wearing the socks even though I def should!

      Electrolyte dry mix packets/drinks!! (I use pedialyte sport bc it has extra of the good stuff but generic works too)

      SO MUCH WATER! Lots of salt and sitting/ lying down when I need to. (I have sat on the floor during class bc I was worried abt fainting)
