Hello! Does anyone else have issues with eating, or rather forgetting to eat to a point where you feel physically sick? How do you eat regularly and what do you eat? I have big big issues with texture and I’m really picky so options are limited:( anyone else have similar issues? If so how do you handle this?

Because of my meds, I’m not really hungry during the day so I sometimes forget to eat until my stomach hurts. But it makes it a lot easier for me to eat a meal if I routinely make meals that last for 3 or 4 servings, then I have dinner and lunch the next day and lunch or dinner for 2 days. A couple things that I make a lot are spaghetti and noodles and chicken. I also like to have frozen meals that I can make if I don’t know what else to eat. I like to make a frozen lasagna and keep it in the fridge for a few days, and I like rice bowls from the brand Scott & Jon’s at Target. My favorite one is shrimp risotto. I also keep Mac n cheese and ramen noodles in my pantry all the time. So I guess my tip is to have comfort foods/meals all the time so that you don’t really have to push yourself to eat something new, especially if you aren’t hungry or don’t want to eat at the time.

All the time. Focus on a food for a while you like thats easy to make. I had nachos for a while, buttered noodles after that. Make sure you can rotate it out
Most of my issues relate to sensory problems and also I just hate eating meat. I want to go vegetarian so bad, but I despise the texture of tofu!
Honestly I’m in recovery right now and I’m having a lot of troubleand will set the timer for up to forget it’s very hard for me to want to eat so whatever anything I’ve been a lot of low-calorie food a lot of times during the day and even though it isn’t a lot I’m like starting to eat again. Sorry bad grammar I’m useing text to speech
