Post-Migraine Blues: Anyone Else Experience This?

Had/having one today. I knew better, had bacon yesterday. Always a day later to see the effects. Deli meats, etc it’s the preservatives. I had a hot dog earlier in the week, same result. You’d think I’d learn. But it was bacon!!!!! So today I pay. Headache bearable now but so wiped out. I can’t say I’m dizzy, but more light headed.

I actually get dizzy every time a migraine "breaks" and I get super drained as well. I feel exhausted like I just worked all day 😅 anyone else get dizzy?? I've not heard of that from anyone else.

I so feel that. I end up feeling so weak and drained after my really bad ones.
