Constant Shivers and Chills - Seeking Advice

YES! all the time, it gets so annoying cause no matter what I do it won’t stop and people are constantly asking me if i’m cold and then get confused when I say i’m not

oh my goodness that sounds just like me it is super violent a lot of the times and everyone around me laughs bc of how intense it is but also bc they don’t know what to do 🙈 i’ve had some friends be like are you okay??! they get super worried!!

omg yes like a tic. whenever it happens my family usually laughs bc my shivers are so intense lol. like my whole body will shake or sometimes just my head and shoulders will shake but like really violently lol.

lol me too!! it’s almost like a tic with how often it happens that is the best way I can describe it but i’m so glad i’m not the only one!

RIGHT! it’s just like constant shivers that just happen randomly. So glad i’m not the only one experiencing this lol.

okay I have a few friends that have eds and pots and they have the same thing it is so weird bc I have no control over it and it happens ALL THE STINKING TIME!

YES! ALL the time. not sure what causes it but i always shiver. I thought i was the only one who experienced this.
