Does anyone else experience low blood pressure (70s/50s) at night that causes significant symptoms that interfere with sleep and make waking up miserable? If so, how do you treat this since blood pressure medications are not suppose to be taken at night due to risk of supine hypertension?

You could also sleep with your head of bed elevated to avoid a huge drop.

It is normal to have nocturnal dipping of up to 20% lower than your daytime blood pressure. So if you have naturally low rest blood pressure this could be the reason. Have you tried doing extra electrolytes at night?
