I’ve been struggling with anxiety for years now and it just gets so bad sometimes. I’m mentally exhausted. In therapy I’m working on mindfulness and changing my thought patterns but I’m wondering what other techniques there are to combat it.

      Are you sure it is just anxiety? After years of thinking I just had bad anxiety turns out I also have cptsd and adhd. The adhd cause immense amounts of anxiety for me. Definitely ask your doctor or therapist, etc to look into it more.
