i regret lying to my psychiatrists and saying that i don’t see or hear things or get paranoid bc it’s all a lie. i do. and now i just finished my group therapy and i don’t know when i’ll talk to a psychiatrist next but i fear i won’t be able to before my insurance runs out

Talking to them, is hard. I know it. But, you got to realize you cannot, I mean you CANNOT lie to someone whose actually helping you. I know it was a mistake, but learn from now on, be 10000% truthful. It will make you feel so much better, and you’ll feel at ease with being honest. :)

Some medications can lower your breathing or even stop your heart it's very dangerous self-medicating with pharmaceuticals or street drugs.

You could write your psychiatrist back and let them know that you are experiencing those symptoms. They will probably make time for you. You deserve to be supported though this. Take care!

You shouldn't be scared. I told mine that I hear things and nothing changed. Luckily, I was already on the right medication. You need me be open so you can be helped properly. I would suggest scheduling an appointment as soon as you can.
