I’ve had two good days in a row! It’s not much… but I’m so thankful for it. Nothing feels as good as peace when you haven’t had it in weeks / months. If Anxiety comes back tomorrow, I’m ok with that, it can do whatever it wants to do, but I’m going to move forward with things that are i important to me. I’m tired of it controlling my life. I hope y’all have some good days soon too. Please share if you do.
