Other than meds, is there ways to reduce migraine attack?

I use ice on the back of my neck and on my forehead, that seems to help. Laying down in a cool, dark, quiet room is a must! I have been doing Botox injections for my migraines for more than 3 years now and they have helped tremendously!

Ice is something that really helps me! I usually put it on the back of my head/neck or on my eyes. Also using one of those head scratch things often helps mine because its helps put pressure on all of the pressure points at once.

I try to stay as hydrated as I can especially when the barometric pressure drastically drops or increases. I often drink body armor and i recently tried Liquid IV, and it’s been great! I also have POTS so the Liquid IV has been beneficial for that as well.

I find ice on my neck or a migraine cap to be helpful.
