Anyone have suggestions for either... 1.) how to make lidocaine patches actually stay on your back, or 2.) brands of lidocaine patches that just stay on better? I've never bothered buying them since whenever I used to use my dad's they'd near-immediately just roll up and fall off, but my lower back pain is worse than usual now and I think they'd really provide some relief if they, y'know, stayed on my skin.

I use lidocaine spray or lotion so I don't have the problem of them falling off. I know it's hard to put on your back, though.

FTR I am fat and my back is lumpy, so this may present more of a challenge...
