What are some tips of stuff you’ve done to be able to get out of a depressive or anxious episode. How do you resist the urge to ride a hypomanic episode. Any other advice.

@SamTrask I like to try to find a series that has several books in them or a lot of books if I can find one that I can get into. That kind of keeps me going for a while.

I don’t know if you like to read or not, but audiobooks have helped tremendously with my anxiety. Especially when I find one I can really get into.

@RavenSkye YES. I love audiobooks. They’ve helped me a lot too. Especially if I can’t will myself to really do anything. They help me feel productive.
