i’ve also gotten Into plants as a hobby. It takes some work but it’s not so physically taxing that it feels impossible to do

I feel you. I too am always exhausted. Something that always helps me is chugging a ton of lemon water or lime water and trying to remember to take a 5htp in the morning. It really helps with work strain and I have energy after work. As for hobbies, what do you like to do? Make sure it's attainable. I always take baby steps and only expect baby steps in the beginning. It helps to have a low expectation, always successful and improvement will follow. ❤️❤️❤️

My hyper fixations can last 2 days or over a year- they also come and go- back on a puzzle hyper fixation after being bored of puzzles for about a year or two
I recently got into growing plants. All you need is soil, sunshine, water and seeds. I like to grow herbs on my windowsill, under some growlights, or outside.
