Weird stroke-like attack at 20, anyone else?

Last night I had this weird stroke like attack. I’m 20 years old and For like a split second half my body went numb while I was laying down and went away instantly. I’ve been having a lot of anxiety about it and it’s really getting to me. Anyone have anything similar to this

      I had this happen to me once but instead of lying in bed I was driving home, freaked me out bad I thought I was having a stroke. When I told my doctor about it and nothing came up on tests of any kind she told me that strong enough panic attacks and anxiety can trigger this type of feeling. If it continues id get it checked just to be safe.

      I had almost exact thing after i had covid .. was the weirdest feeling ever , actaully made me jump out of my bed .. it came on weeks weeks after i covid went on for a while then it vanished ,, like one side of my stomach all the way to my head .. got checked and nothing was found , doctors said nerve damaged possibly from having covid
