I did the 21 Day Fix and continued a modified version of it since then. It cuts out a lot of carbs and sugar. My migraines aren’t gone completely but so much better than before
i reduced my intake of migraine-triggering foods & replaced them with healthier alternatives. i know it's annoying when ppl say "your diet" but it genuinely does wonders.
