Hey fellow potsies! I’ve been struggling with my new full-time job lately, and I’m not sure if coffee would help me fight off my fatigue. (I haven’t had caffeine in two years! 😅) Who here drinks coffee? Does it help you? Thanks in advance!

I personally drink energy drinks on occasion but it does effect my heart rate so I sometimes use an extra beta blocker; I do know for some people have worst symptoms with caffeine. I would try it on a day off (incase it makes symptoms worse) in moderation and see how your body reacts.

I will drink coffee on days that my heart rate is low and I can't hardly do anything because it is low. If I drink coffee on a regular day it does make my heart rate go up. So yes it does help me in certain situations but most of the time it doesn't help but makes things worse.
