depression can be genetic, and can also be caused by nutritional factors. did you know the bacteria in your gut has a HUGE influence on your mental state? who let them be in charge?? dumb little tummy bacteriums >:( anyway, if you think eating better might cheer you up, probiotics are the way to go. yogurt and probiotic smoothies are my go-to for a healthy belly

I'm sure that mine is genetic, my dad has depression and my grandma suffered through it pretty bad. I'm sure my mom also has because of what she went through growing up but she refuses to admit it

Genetic on my dad's side. My grandmother has BPD and Depression, and my dad deals with Depression.
